Gaby was also given the very special honor of being allowed to sing at La Fonda, which is a famous restaurant in Los Angeles, owned by Mr. Nati Cano, the owner of Mariachi Los Camperos.  Soon after, she was asked to perform for Univision Radio at their annual event for Mexican Independence Day and for Univision Television for "El Grito".  The following spring Gaby was invited to sing with Los Camperos in Tucson, Arizona where she sang at the annual Mariachi Festival's park event, held at Reid Park.  Gaby attributes much of her success to the help she receives from Mr. Cano. " He is my friend, my mentor and my biggest supporter." says Gaby. 

Also, performing at the Mariachi Festival that year were Mariachi Divas.  They had an instant connection and she began studying with Susie Garcia of Mariachi Divas.  Eventually, Cindy Shea, owner of Mariachi Divas invited Gaby to perform with Divas.  She became known as their "Mini Diva".  She traveled and performed with them all over California and the Southwest.  She even had the privledge of performing with them at the Las Cruces International Mariachi Festival.  Gaby's first CD, "Mi Sueno" is a direct product of this very special relationship between Divas and Gaby.  Cindy Shea is the producer and is responsible for the amazing trumphet solos. DIVAS can be heard playing and singing background vocals.

Today, Gaby can still be heard singing at La Fonda at least once a week.  She is currently touring and promoting her first CD, "Mi Sueno".  She continues to act and do commercials.  Be sure to check out her schedule.  Chances are, she will soon appear somewhere near you!
